Change of Reservation
Once your booking has been confirmed via email and you want to make any changes due to flight delays or reschedule of your holidays, we will do our best to make the necessary arrangements, but please note that this is always not possible. An administrative fee of $50 will be charged.
Pets and Smoking Policy
For health and safety reasons, no pets are allowed in the Villa. No smoking is allowed inside the Villa but permitted in the porch. Please do observe fire safety regulation.
Breakages and Damages
Any customer is liable to pay for any breakages or damages caused by them. We accept no liability for any damage or theft for vehicles parked on our promises. Vehicles parked on our promises are at owner’s risk.
$200 security deposit is required for damages (subject to satisfactory inspection of the property) refundable in case of no damages. Please inform our management should you want to hold a party or a function so preparations are made.
Check-in and check-out Times
Guests are required to check in from 2pm and to check out no later than 10am on the day of departure. All clients should present at least two forms of identification including a valid passport before being admitted to the premises and to fill check in date of guest book on arrival.
We provide a washing machine with an ironing board for use not washing powder. Changing of linen is carried out twice a week, but extra cleaning can be arranged in between stay when needed with no extra cost.
Villa Royale has prepaid metre which will be uploaded with 50 Ghana Cedis. If it runs out you would be responsible for buying more credit as necessary. The Caretaker will be able to assist when this situation arises.

Bookings should be for a period of least 5 days. Payment of minimum 20% of the cost of booking will secure you a reservation. The balance will be paid three weeks before the checking in date.
Payment can be made by bank to bank transfer either to an account in the UK or Ghana, whichever is convenient.
Once you have completed your bookings with us, we will email you to confirm your booking. You are obliged to adhere to all the terms and conditions regarding your booking.
